Im scratch building a SD70ACE and im finaly to the point of putting on the radiator but I noticed that the fans are 52 or 54 inch, is there any way to make these or perhaps some one made them? I tried overland but they dont sell them

Train Station Products’ # 141, 52" fan should work, just trim the sides down so all you have left is the screen/grating and the rim. You could use the fan blade that comes with or make your own, as the traction motor cooling fan blade is different, (fewer/larger), from the radiator cooling blades.

BTW, I almost could’ve sworn those engines in that photo were brand-new brass models, they’re so clean[:D]!
thanks…found some in my parts drawer but after about an hour it didnt look good, so I ended up making them out of some 5/8 brass tube
