Sectional Track

Are there any companies that make sectional track with concrete ties, in HO scale, and code 83?

Boy, you are asking a lot there. I don’t think Atlas has cracked that market yet.[swg]

Not that I’ve seen. Atlas, Peco, and micro engineering make code 83 w/concrete ties in 3’ flex track sections. You could try that and cut into sections needed?

And if you are referring to turnouts, well, so far the prototype has mostly stuck with wood ties for turnouts, even though the rest of the track is on concrete ties. Somethign to do with the pounding of the wheels over the point and frog eventually loosening up the anchors and wearing away the concrete. The recent article in Trains magazine on trackwork covered that and a lot of other good stuff.

Correction to Pennsy58:
Peco only make concrete ties in code 100. The latest catalog only lists wooden ties in code 83.
