Sorry about those pictures. New at this picture transfer. But , answers to your questions, he is 22 and was using those new picture phones. He was dressed business casual and has a miltary hair cut. Because he is in the military. On another note, I do not expect to see a armed guard at every station, but with the times, London and all, he was not stopped or confronted. He said he was so alone that he could have climbed into the engine. By the way, the pictures are good, maybe I will try a different posting method.

Your concern is understandable. Looks like the best you can do is contact Amtrak, law enforcement, or even a t.v news station. The point is not to harass railfans, but to at least be vigilant.
