Seeking info on Chicago Northwestern in Clintonville, WI

My grandpa was the Roundhouse Foreman for decades in Clintonville, Wisconsin. My Mom, now 95, has a lot of memories of my grandpa taking the neighborhood kids for rides when he put the train away for the night, of him coming home at the end of a day when there had been a bad train crash, and of their family travel on the train.

I am seeking any info relevant to my grandpa. If alive today, he would be around 140 yrs old.

I would suggest that you start with the Chicago & North Western Historical Society. Their website has a section on genealogy that lists the type of employee data / information they have and how employee searches are done.
