Sending a drawing with a question?

I’m new to this and would like to ask a question and illustrate it with a rough drawing. Can someone explain how to do this please?

You need a image of the drawing , of course. You need a place to upload it, like photobucket.com or railfan.com, both free. Then you need to surround the Url with tags like the following (without spaces).
