SEPTA testing an ACS-64 in March
With SEPTA being the recipient of well over $500 Million in PA ACT89 funding so far, you would think the Commonwealth could come up with a plan to refurb or overhaul, some old SEPTA equipment, so that other parts of PA could have some increased service or connectivity options? Please PA let’s at pay for Amtrak to add another 2 roundtrips to Pittsburgh, or at least extend the Keystone Service a little farther west of Harrisburg? Or better yet, pay to have an actual 10 Year Transportation Plan, that sets actual yearly goals, instead of fluff?
