SEPTEMBER COFFEE POT 11 years old. Grits and sweet ice tea for the southern gents. Coffee and donuts for the Yankees.

Just trying to keep tradition alive.

All is well here, working on layouts, walking, and other stuff.

Prayers for All !

Hey - made page 1.

Same here - all is well and it is a beautiful day!

Have a great day all!

Aloha from a summery Chicago. I forgot it’s September already. At least this week is supposed to feel like July. Glad the pup is still doing well Roy.

September 01, well the only thing to do now is watch football and wait for spring…

I finished my project of removing each wheel on my new 98 Integra GSR, cleaning it, cleaner waxing, painting rotors and calipers. Looks great.

All three of my old Hondas are their performance models and sports cars.

Mornin’ boys. Mornin’ Shake & bake! Might be 9/1 on the calendar, but feels like 7/4 in the Mid-Atlantic region. Grandson duty today, but middle princess is home today to help out. My nice son-in-law hauled away a truck load of old shhtuff to the dump. Yeah.

Same here on the North Bluff. Hot as mid July. [8D] Just perfect weather to sit on the porch and watch the cat sleep and hummingbirds attack the feeders.

Did get a new battery for wifeys car. Hers is over eight years old so I am replacing it just because.

Mornin’ All.

Gonna be cooler today, so they say. Hate to see the electric bill for aug. [banghead] They are still saying that we should have a major El Ninio event this fall/winter. Lots of rain, as long as it don’t come in downpours so most of it will be beneficial.

Fife, Saw the promo this morning for the "Festival of Sail " coming up this weekend and immediately thought of you. Here’s a link to the participating ships: http://sdmaritime.org/visit/public-events/festival-of-sail/ .

If you tune in to http://www.camzone.com/index on friday 12:30 to 5pm local times you should be able to observe online.

Think the crud is finally starting to break-up. [yeah]

Hello there,

Quick post to let you know I’m still alive. Busy as he** at home and at work. I do read every day

Fife…thanks for the reminder. York registration sent.

More later

Prayers for those in need.

Good evening all,

Long day at work. Hot weather. “My” soccer girls won 3-1 in a lethargic contest hampered by the lost of 2 starters. What was a promising season is turning to hash. I do not know the boys score. Work on the addition is progressing. Leg may be getting better. I hope everyone has a good day.

Keep on training,

Mike C. from Indiana

Mornin’ boys. Getting back-to-back days with grandson, but Wifey is home today as well. More pitchin’ and throwin’ today, with a greater sense of urgency…

Banks - Will be good to see you.

Buckeye - you too.

dougnotta - Thanks, I shall check it out.

Chief - thanks for the “lift up”. I need it.

Mornin’ Fellas

Well the clock continues to tick and nothing on the job front. [:(] Although I do have so much to do to transition our data to the new company that I’m working longer hours (and not getting paid for them). Oh well.

Looks like York is out. [:(] Without a job, just can’t justify the expense and day off, and I have to be home with the kids because TheQ is in a wedding the next day and has rehersal that night.

At least Football Season is starting! WE ARE!!!

Hot but I don’t mind. Know whats coming. A lot of the garden has been cleaned out. Still some tomato plants that will probably last till cooler weather arrives. No train news.

S.J.

Afternoon all. Not much happening around here. Need to cut the Grass may try this evening when it cools down some. It seems cooler here I think because it seems the humidity is lower here to me.

Brent sorry to hear I must of been wrapped up in all going on here or something didn’t realize you where in a situation that your job seems to be going to be disappearing. Glad you still can work some in the mean time. Prayers you can find employment with justice to your qualifications.

Hope all have a good hump day.

Good afternoon from beautiful Plymouth, Michigan! I had a dinner meeting in Lansing last night and tonight another dinner meeting with one of our Federal Project’s teaming partners. Can you say steak and [B]?

88 – I take it you are trying to get a great reference from the old company. After dealing with PNC bank three months they need some real help with their computers. Just saying…

Wow Buckeye, Just a stones throw from my office in Southfield. My Cousin owns the Box Bar in Plymouth…

Good evening all,

An uneven day at work. Found out the boys lost to an undefeated team 4-1. Still hot here. Work is progressing on steps to attic. Looking far better than I expected. Wife had root canal done today. Stayed off leg today as much as possible. Seems to be doing better. Brent, hang in there on job search. With your skills, hopefully something good will happen soon. Been reading a book on the Wright Brothers. Almost done. I hope everyone has a good day.

Keep on training,

Mike C. from Indiana

I am still employed by the company I’ve been with for 7+ years. I have been the one integrating the data from companies we have bought (guess this is a bit of karma) into our systems, so I know how it is done. Guess my problem is I take extreme pride in the work I do and the quality of my efforts. I have met far too many in industry that seem to think using the latest and greatest tools and technologies is the way to go, and they often fall flat and either don’t deliver, or deliver product that is so buggy it doesn’t work. I also hate missing a deadline!

Afternoon. Busy for the last two days [whats new?]. Went to Edgecombe yesterday. Serviced the tractor the guy let me borrow to do food plots. Food plots are outstanding. Came up and grew 3 to 4 inches in a week. They got more good rains last night.

Mayor’s stuff this AM. Early TV interview on our older senior citizen program with PD. PD calls then every day. Especially those living alone. Also, do emergency services such as pick up meds if needed.

Brent, good luck on job front. Also, prayers for Christina.

Fifey, fun babysitting. He will always remember that.

Later.

Good morning all,

Quiet day here so far. Just doing chores.

Weather is staying cooler than it has been. I’ll vote for that! Went out for big breakfast yesterday and just finished the leftovers today. Pancakes were king size. One was enough.
