What is the status of NJT’s damaged fleet?
Jack - my guess is that NJT is still drying them out, one paper towel at a time! After all, it doesn’t make sense to them that they got ‘wet’ (yes, I know they were flooded) in the first place! 
The dual mode locomotives were a good investment. SEPTA should take note for it’s system.
