I ordered an HO scale Proto 2000 0-6-0 from Train Track, in Florida. It arrived, but with broken side-rods. Pat Martin responded quickly to my complaint, graciously took it back and immediately shipped me a good one.

Just wanted to acknowledge a company that treats customers well.

I just received my 3 Supercheif passenger cars that I preordered for Train Track. They emailed me in advance, and the delivery was as promised.

I will second the acknowledgment for customer service from these guys.
