I’d especially like to see one with tall urban buildings behind it/background. (as mentioned in a previous thread).
I realize this is just a shot in the dark. I’m strongly considering using one just in front of and below my big city platform (about 7" higher than the yard level). Normally it would be ridiculously big for my layout, but I think it would look visually reduced and blend the step up to the city.
Hello I had one on my old layout. It needed more space then I had to give to make it look right or even close. All my loco’s had to back in. That was my first layout it was a 4x8 then I add on to it to make a 12 x 9 L shape it was still to small for it. I gave up the room that layout was in and moved to a bigger room and a bigger layout. I did not use the bunker on this layout I went with a much smaller one. I still have it in a box under the layout you can have it if you want. Here are some photos
