Does anyone know why pictures that have been posted shrink after a while? I went back over some of the entries in the Pre War American Flyer Pictures thread that I have been posting to and discovered that several of them have shrunk. They have all been taken and posted at the same resolution, or pixels I guess. I have noticed that it isn’t just the pictures that I have taken and posted that have shrunk and not all pictures in the same post have shrunk. Are there gremlins at work?

Have You gone into photobucket, or what ever site is hosting your photos and re-sized them, for another reason? I believe that if you make any changes to your pics on the host site, it will effect them on the forum also. Just a thought, I still have a LOT to learn about these Boxes of Magic and Frustration, known as computers.

I use Shutterfly. I have not gone back to the pictures and altered them in any way. I had the same thought though, that it must be something at the hosting site. I have noticed that the same thing has happened to some of mersenne6’s photos, and I believe that he uses Shutterfly too. I might go back and try to repost some of the ones that have shrunk when I have additional time. I haven’t noticed it happening on any other thread.
Boxes of Magic and Frustration is an appropriate description indeed!
