What is the best way to apply paper signs to store windows? What kind of adhesive and method is best? I want them to look nice but I am new to the hobby… input please
LION prints the signs on a color laser printer (ink jets tend to run) and then uses a dab or small smear of silicone caulk as an adhesive. It does not damage the paper and allows you to reposition it a bit.

I use a very small dab of Elmer’s white glue or Tacky Glue in the top corner of each sign. VERY small. If you make a mistake, you can wipe the glue off your window with a damp tissue or Q-tip since the glues don’t affect plastic. I actually like the Tacky Glue better since it stays flexible after drying. Elmer’s white glue hardens and can eventually fall off. If you’ve never used Tacky Glue, it’s useful for a lot of things and is inexpensive. You can find it in the craft section of just about any store (Walmart, Michaels, Jo-Ann Fabrics, etc). It’s also great for holding people in place since they won’t break off if bumped.
