I have created, long ago, on a Windows 95 computer using Word for Windows, building signs with black backgrounds and white print. Now I can’t remember how to do it. I now use a Windows XP computer with Word. Any help? Thanks.
Create a text box from the Insert Menu, type the text and format the font from the format menu. Make the font color white.
Also from the format menu, select borders and shading. Select the shading tab and define the shading as black.
White text will now be seen on a black background.
Hope this is what you were looking for?
Simon, thanks. I created a sign. I model CB&Q, St. Joseph to Quincy. *** , Stamford, CT
why do you use word for window? Because I just found out that paint shop pro 7 makes great signs you know.
