$6 million seems pretty cheap.
Its a neat place. I have been there several times in the past years. The Great Northern pacific steam locomotive is in excellent shape. They say they only need to complete a few tasks, which includes passing the steam test and replacing the main bearings on the axles, along with a few other things to make it operate again. Hope they succeed.
