Size of Model Railstuff HO Scale Lumber Stacks

Hello,

I sent an email to Model Railstuff and Walthers and have never gotten an answer so I thought that I would try this forum and hopefully someone who has these will provide me with an answer.

I would like to know the measurements of Model Railstuff’s HO scale banded lumber stack P/N’s HO130, HO140, HO141, HO142 and HO143. I assume that the measurements of all are the same, if not please specify. The Walthers P/N’s of these are 506-130, 506-140, 506-141, 506-142 & 506-143.

Also so there are no mistakes on my end please also put the L-H-W in your measurements, something like 8’L4’W4’H. Measurements in HO scale feet would be appreciated.

I want to use these to fill up three Walthers Canadian Bulkhead Flats, but I do not want to buy any unless I can figure out how many I need.

I found too many lumber loads added excessive weight. Best solution is to cut .Balsa wood, plus Each maker has a particular car in mind…

I’d suggest ordering 1 per car, add E&B or Kato (Delrin) trucks, and trim load to fit.
