Skyscrapper kits???

I am making some progress with my HO scale down town scene, but need some more TALL buildings. I have found a few kits, but need more

Please list the companies you know of that sell tall buildings.

I have found so far: Lundy Studios, Imagine That, CMR and Spectrum. There must be more.

Thanks.

WHAT SCALE?

Since you don’t say, we can’t be of much help.

By going to the e-Bay HO scale trains section and typing in “Skyscraper Kits” (spelling the word correctly) several show up.

If you’re asking about a different scale, just go to that particular area of e-Bay.

Art I know your are in HO, Walthers is releasing an Hotel this June.

You are probably already familiar with City Classics structures. They’re 5 stories tall but can be kit bashed into taller structures or placed on stepped platforms to achieve that effect if it will work on your layout.

Just head scratching…

One wall of a modern glass box' skyscraper, from about the third floor to the roof, can be laid out on an appropriate size piece of plexiglas with a scriber and chart tape. Aluminum angles at the corners, and a historical’ street facade, and you can have one of those ugly modern monsters in whatever height you prefer.

I leave selectively lighting specific windows as an exercise for the student.

Or, going all the way back to the original meaning of skyscraper, model clipper ships are still available.

One question, Art. Are you planning to have your skyscraper rival Yosemite Falls?

And I thought this thread was referring to aggressive sky divers!!! [(-D][(-D][(-D][(-D][(-D]

Another possibility is an aircraft boneyard. The mythbusters were playing around in the one at Mojave on tonight’s Science Channel episode.
