Small Just Got Smaller. Much Smaller.

Hi all, A few projects I have finished lately are up for your review on http://www.edmundsworld.net/Edmunds_World/Blog/Blog.html - locomotive lift video and interior lights in my depot made of Micro Super LEDs. Comments welcome. Please pass it on to other modelers who you think might find the tutorials I am creating useful. Thank you all and happy modeling  !

Let me try making that a โ€œliveโ€ link

http://www.edmundsworld.net/Edmunds_World/Blog/Blog.html

The tutorial shows the use of incredibly tiny LEDs โ€“ much smaller than a match-head โ€“ to light a model interior. Well worth the visit.

Thank you Dave. Would you mind sharing how did you make it a live link? /Edmunds

I canโ€™t remember if I visited your site and copied the URL from there or if I copied the URL from your posting and pasted it into my posting but either way right after pasting the total URL I hit the space bar โ€“ and that seems to do the trick into making it a live link. I am not sure why this is so but it works every time.

Hmm,

It turned out Safari was not a good idea for a browser for this website. I tried FireFox today and I can now see how to do links and pictures, so I thought Iโ€™ll improve my previous post a little with some pictures of those tiny LEDs up and running and the video of the locomotive lift from youtube.

My new lamps at daylight:

Same lamps, but at their best use:

Still some work to do on that one and the tutorial on how I built it is not ready yet, but soon โ€ฆ As mentioned before, but just to have everything in one place - feel free to visit my webpage for more.

Goodnight,

/Edmunds
