Small Parts Suppliers - Your Suggestions Please!

Hi,

I’ve recently had the need for various small metal fasteners, spacers, washers, etc. I’ve gotten most of what I need using Osorail (NWSL), Small Parts, and Micro Fasteners. I’ve also used Micromart as well.

However, I’m still in need of some oddball fittings and was wondering if you know of other similar vendors. Ha, I’ve “Yahooed” and “Googled” and been down a lot of rabbit trails and figured you all could save me some time & grief.

This might sound odd but I have bought a number of fittings from mouser even though its an electronics supplier they had what I needed.

Try fastenal.com. I’m <4 miles from a store, and get 2-56 screws from them, less than $2/100 from them. Not much stuff smaller than that but they do carry a lot of misc. stuff that may be helpful…Gary

Define “odd ball fittings”

Hi!

Some of the “oddball” fittings I’m looking for are micro washers with significant thickness, micro “spacers”, metric screws not totally threaded, unusual sized metric screws, and micro washers of a given inside diameter but with a “not so large” outside diameter.

I’ve got the “must haves” pretty well covered, but other suppliers (than those I mentioned) might be out there that would have some of the fasteners that would be exact fits.
