Take a look at Aug. 12th’s webcam stills from 6:17pm til 6:36pm. White smoke is visible near the camera area that intensifies. What was that?? BBQ at the cam site? Work going on outside of the cam’s view?
They had that once before a year or so ago. Will wait for official word, but it is something that turned out to be ok.

There is a fire pit down at the bottom inside that chain link fence.
On the 11th I saw 2 guys who looked like they were bar-b-queing! Also saw lots of train action in about 20 minutes of viewing, including a BNSF train back around the switch onto the UP. Interchanging? Most trains I’ve ever seen while watching this cam.
