Smoke bombs close Montreal subway – again
Yes, that’s the way to go. Not.
Occupy has a Canadian division. Not sure why everybody is afraid of these protesters. So far, no police department in any city has given them a sequel of Chicago 1968. Something tells me they will continue to cause problems until a police department mans up and gives them a lesson in the results of rioting. Then these punks will back down really fast and go running back to their hippie professors to wait for further instructions.
But in this instance, this is Montreal, so don’t hold your breath waiting.
Back on this side of the border, ever notice these protesters never show themselves in small town America where the Second Amendment is not regarded as outdated?
That’s a huge security concern
Stopping trains doesn’t lower tuitions, it forces the spending of more money for security and where will the money come from? Education of course, after all the students aren’t at school they are busying themselves with putting Smoke Bombs in subway tunnels.
Rioters are those students whose tuition is being increased by’$375. dollars a year. The lowest increase of any Provincial Gov’t in Canada. Less than one cup of coffee a day for a year. Of course not all rioters are students, a lot of them appear out of the woodwork at any such mayhem appears
If they are caught, they should be charged for the additional costs of bussing plus administrative costs. That “additional tuition” would be a great education for disrupters or anyone else thinking about it.
No one should be allowed to attend college until they have spent at least 3 years in The Real World.
Never realized Montreal had to deal with terrorists. I think I’ll look for another vacation destination. Smoke bombs today, nerve gas tomorrow.
