Measurable snow at North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina only happens about once every 20 years or so, but last night was the night. As would be expected for this far south and this close to the ocean, it was a heavy and wet snow. My Bachmann Climax did a credible job, but the snow would just push ahead of the locomotive until it was just too compact and deep to push any more.
