Sorry for the long absence from the forums. It looks like I finally nailed down a starter set at a decent price for my Godson. The kid is 7, and a soccer fanatic. I know MTH makes NFL and other sports box cars and such, but does anyone make any type of soccer cars? Maybe MLS box cars or anything similar? Thanks folks, hope to be around here more like I was.

I don’t think that there are any cars with MLS or any soccer team on them. Unlike football, soccer isn’t popular here (and trust me, I wish it was more popular. It was the main sport I played, before I tore my ACL 3 weeks ago).
So, I think that if soccer was more popular in the US, we would see some logos.

I didn’t think so but it was worth asking. I just hope he gets as excited about getting a set as I am giving one to him, and he develops an interest that stays.

Good luck with the train set. It is a lot better than video games. As with Tmcc man, I am a soccer fanatic. Good to see another one of the “footie” people on the forum.

Very good team. Before my accident, whenever I played soccer at my friends house, we always yelled that when we hit it off the volley.
