Looking good Jeffrey. Thanks for sharing.
I like one of the diesel shed best.

As for things that make a statement.
A house with reflective windows?

Some taggers had a little fun with one of my boxcars.

And they had a LOT of fun with my new covered hopper!

Went a little crazy with the camera this weekend, did we, Jeff? [;)]
I think half of weekend photo fun is your stuff this time around (but that’s OK! I like seeing what you’re up to)! I especially like your shots of the abandoned steamer.
Thanks Mark. That scene took half a day to create and quite a bit of work was involved in it.
Here are some others.

Tell me Jeff how did you do the tagging on the hopper? I have seen that scene on a 1:1 car! Photoshop to decals? Really cool work
In this case it was a store bought decal.
Heres more pics.

Jeffrey,
Excuse me for asking but are you trying to represent snow on some parts of your layout? I notice that the area around the engine house and some other scenes have a lot of white. If it’s just parts you haven’t finished, I understand. Just trying to make sure I get what your layout is supposed to be representing. I’ve got a lot of unfinished areas but they’re all red since this area of Alabama is nothing but red dirt.[:)]
Cool pics. Is this the Bachmann EZ track?
Jim: The white areas are unfinished plaster. The layout is in work and there are areas that haven’t been done up with scenery yet.
Bear: Is it EZ track? Yes. Bachmann nickel silver EZ track is all I use on my main runs. I have a little of the Bachmann steel EZ track on a couple of the spurs.
New day, a new pic.

You’ve done a great job blending the roadbed in with the scenery.
Thanks. It’s not hadr to do. Just put some plaster along the bottom of the roadbed so it makes a rounded transition instead of a sharp one, add some WS foam and ballast and the effect is complete.
Here’s three more pics.

hea jeff
in the picture of the white station with the gray car you need to call a toetruck. Its got roots growing out of the ground attached to the side of the grag car.lol
slow tran Ed
Yeah, I need to dust that scene off when I get the chance.
OK, that makes more sense now when I look at your pictures. I kind of thought that was the case but I wasn’t sure. Actually, looking back at some of the pics, they are pretty convincing as snow. Maybe you should do part of your layout as a winter scene. [:)]
You know anybody who makes their own decals? I make almost all of mine on airmail paper using MS Paint and an inkjet printer. The decals on the loco in this pic were made that way.

Nice Tower of Pringles? How tall is that can if it is HO scale? [:-^]
That’s what I keep my ballasting sand in.
