Sound Decoder for a Proto RS18 possible???

Hello

I have a proto 2000 rs18 CP, im wondering if anyone out there has put any lok sound or soundtraxx decoder in this proto 200 rs18 before? Is there enough room and if so suggestions??

Not loksound or soundtraxx, but I have a RS18 with a Digitrax SFX in it. Sounds great.

Yes, but not the factory one. I am using a 1/2 inch 32 ohm speaker I purchased from Mauser.com

can you email the sound files you used? Im gonna use the LOk programmer to modify the LOk decoder and have put a smaller speaker on it.

The files I used were for the Soundtraxx SFX, not the Loksound. But I can point you in the direction of the proper one to use…

u have any recorded sounds done personally? Also do you want any of the new pics of the empress of agincourt this weekend. It has a fresh coat of paint on it and rebuild components and such. Let me know.

I would love to see some pics of the empress, she used to run down to Saratoga Springs for a short while. The D&H is of course currently owned by CP.
