Well, I’m in a different corner of town, my modest layout doesn’t have operating sessions and in fact is currently nearly unrunnable due to accumulated clutter, and my "work sessions’ these days typically consist of me falling asleep at my workdesk after all the kids are in bed.
I’m not connected with other modelers here in town, so I’m not much help to you. Sorry about that.

If you are an NMRA member, you could contact the local Division. Possibly the Lyout tour director could be of some help, though there is a policy to be careful about giving out names of peope with layouts. I have, howeve,r arranged private tours for visiting dignitaries.
