I want to put SP’s Sunset logo on my hard hat. The problem is it needs to be about 2" in diameter. The closest I can find is Microscale’s sticker, which it 4" in diameter. I have searched Walthers, Daylight Sales, and Historic Rail. I cannot find any small enough. Does anyone know if any company makes a 2" diameter SP Sunset logo? Thanks.

I have a patch of the Sunset logo that my uncle gave me years ago. I could mabee scan it for ya and you could have a dry transfer or a decal made. Drop me a P M if you are interested.

Thanks Chad. One of my uncles used to work for SP. He gave me a hat with SP’s San Joaquin Division’s logo on it. So I may try your suggestion with that logo if I cannot find anything.
Find the image you want, scan it if necessary, dress it up with a graphics program, then print it off onto decal stock. Be sure to use the recommended sealer!
If you’re decent with a hobby knife and the detail isn’t to intricate, find a suitable medium (I work a lot in Scotchlite, but I do a lot of FD stuff). Use some water-based glue (glue sticks work good). Print the image off on paper, glue it to the adhesive vinyl, or whatever, and after the glue dries, start working on it with an sharp hobby knife…
