speakers for on buildings

Looking to see if they even make speakers like the ones under roofs used for intercom systems,seen them in black and white colors.

You can probably scratch-build some for HO and N-scale using Campbell or Miniatronics brass lampshades, like the ones picture below:

Obviously, they would be non-working…
