whatever happened in that dispute where CSX just arbitrarily hacked out a double diamond from the Maumee & Western mainline (former Wabash) in Defiance Ohio, severing it in two?
The Wabash was there first, so CSX had the responsibility to maintain it, but just whacked it out instead? Last I heard, M&W was gonna sue for restoration…
I think they won their case and CSX has to give them access back across the main at Defiance. Talk was of putting in a set of crossovers for the M&W, rather than reinstalling a diamond. You might check the Fort Wayne Railfan site for some updating on this.

the last i knew the M&W filed with the surface and transportation board.havent heard of any of the proceedings yet.crossovers?wel no matter which way they will still have priority over csx trains.
