[:)]I am in the central time zone. I usually check the forums late at night after 10 pm. I usually can’t can’t check them on Sunday or Wednesday nights. The other nights depend on what else I have to or want to do.

At least daily, or as frequently as possible. This is a very active board and if you miss a day or two you will have several pages of posts to catch up on! Truely this place is a gold mine of info and experience!
Constantly. I belong to thirty different forums and just check them in a round-robin fashion.
