Last Tuesday, May 2, I was photographing trains at Ogden Dunes, IN, when a special train passed thru about 9:30 AM on the NS. It was pulled by an AMTRAK locomotive and had several cars including the BNSF full dome, a short dome (WS, I believe) and an IC theatre car on the end. Later that afternoon it was returning to Chicago. Any idea what it was? I got some good video! Thanx.
If you saw this on a weekend I would be guessing 21st Century Rail Club special out of Chicago. Tuesday… not sure.
