spooky details for Halloween Station

Hi all

I am currently building from scratch spook hill station the scale is very nominaly HO

I would describe it more as a tin scale model as certain aspects of the structure are more reminiciant of the older tinplate rather than HO scale modelling posts start here

Halloween not being the big thing in Australia that it is in the USA (but we are working on that) I am not sure what to add after structure is finished.

I have a LED pumpkin it is suposed to be HO scale but thats about it.

I have not located any possible figures other than the two I have a vampire and demon so any sugestions for figures and other obtainable holloween type details would be welcome.

Would it break some superstition to have the station perminatly located on a layout?? a bit like the christmas decorations must be down and away before Jan 1 or its bad luck kind of thing.

I keep my Santa and his helpers figures out much later than January 1.

There is a Preiser Grim Reaper figure and I think a Bride of Dracula as well. I took my Dracula and re-painted him as Elvis, blue suede shoes a hound dog and all.

Micro-Mark sells hand painted zombies, if that help. I once saw a very large modular layout at a show that had dilapidated buildings and zombies in the street while the chorus to Thriller played everytime a train went across the scene. Very funny.
