Ok, so it wasn’t a trick question. The beagle’s there, I can see him in the picture. I’ll let someone else say where so I don’t ruin anyone’s fun.
The beagle is behind the train, looks like he’s sniffing at the red box car. Maybe he’s working for Customs, trying to find illegal drugs or other contraband. 
Dave -it that the “normal” runoff from your gutters?
No, actually it is the hose. The normal runnoff from the roof drainpipe (the source of this normally dry stream) is about 3-5 times that; a real torrent!
My first impression was that it was the outline of a dog in the way the water flowed up over the stones, but no head or nose above water; so looked some more and I agree with Ray! Even my Labs like to breathe now and again!
