Getcher photos in while you can, everyone! [:D] C’mon, I know you have one in there somewhere.

I’ll bite! Here’s a video compiled from clips I shot while the manifest I was running was in the hole during my most recent operating session. You can find my blog post about that session in the video description. Dubbed sounds and realistic train speeds (some digitally fixed this time) as usual.

I’ve got a 70’s or 80’s era Bachmann hopper I just started on yesterday. This is all I have done so far.

Here’s a couple of old ones from me.

Crandell, your scenery reminded me of White Pass.

Mark

And I do love that look, Mark, the high Rockies type vistas and rock outcroppings with lots of conifers. Maybe I should have developed some rock outcroppings by painting some prominent features on my layout…a thought for next time. Thanks!

I doubt I’ll ever get my rails to look that good. [:(]

I don’t have anything new either so here’s one of my old favorites…

Jarrell

Getting there…More details to come.

Truck close up…

Ok…“pot-topper” fun…borrowing Cody Grivno’s idea…

Gotta do something about that horse’s bloody nose! [(-D]

rear of trainns fuel tender

Heres my Norfolk Southern “fantasy” fuel tender. Its still incomplete in a lot of areas. The pics show a “custom” graffiti laced car i drew on with fine tip sharpies, a microtrain conrail gondola with railties (dave vollmer, you may recognize this car as you posted a pic of yours!) and my atlas NE-6 Norfolk and Western I recently purchased from Reggie of Reggie’s Trainworld. It has metal wheel sets on it.

So it’s a MUTINY eh? [oX)]

Alright, count me in! Here’s a couple of shots of my current scratchbuilding project. I got the water spout hardware attached, after finally locating some scale chain. It does raise and lower, but right now it’s strictly manual. And I still have to finish off the valve mechanism.

Jarrell,

Your tress are fantastic! How did you get them to look so real?

Excellent modeling and photos.

An upstream shot of Roaring Creek, with an SD45 in the background. DJ.

Ah the weekend only early… I like!

Grampy you have perfectly captured the look of the Endless Mountains in the Northern Tier of PA!!! I was BSA Camp Director at Camp Brulé in Sullivan County for 2 years way back when, and the stream could be one we had right there at camp. The rocks are perfect!

I have been playing with Photoshop trying in vain to get some smoke to look right… This is for a Photography Clinic I will be doing in May. This is as close as I have gotten so far:

At the advise of a friend, (thanks Crandell) I did some modification of the above photo… Hope you like!

For my Silver Creek module I need aspen. I have still to do some work with these trees.

Slightly older pic of a couple of my Atlas Gold units:

A pair of AC6000’s One is a Blueline, the other is Paragon 2

And I thought I made mistakes!

I have been meaning to try to take photos of my latest masterpiece, a (former) BN GP 20 (weathered beond “needs new paint” status) on scrapyard duty, but I don’t have a proper layout to display it on (my layout is a quick track-tack-on-wood thing, and I havn’t done any sceniking.)not to mention that I still can’t figure out that didgital camera Ive had for avout 4-5 years now [banghead].I don’t think it will be done untill after this thred disappears into the wide world of cyber-space.

Oh well… I guess everyone needs something to start with.
