Would anyone know what rr ran across the Missouri River into Kansas at St. Joseph? The line now stops just short of Wathena, Ks. The row is abandoned over to Hiawatha, Ks. Also, what year service ceased and when the tracks were picked up? Thanks.
That’s the St. Joseph & Grand Island (UP). The Rock Island also crossed the Missouri River at the same place, but only the ST J & GI went over to Hiawatha.
