Service and price good, but then it’s been a few years since I bought from them. My first order was in 1974, and took forever, but they were JUST starting out, and I think got overwhelmed with orders. My order eventually shipped, and was received in good order. The greatest lesson I learned from the experience was to not use the bonded ballast method on flex with fibre ties[%-)][:-^]. Gary
