A while back, someone posted a photo with a Standard Oil service station. Does anyone recall who that was?

Glad to help.

The banners were made from plastic red white and blue star shaped confetti and dental floss for the line. Might be the cheapest thing on the layout [;)]

Star shapes work great as you can get 5 perfectly shaped triangles if you cut them right.
