I think its time to start a 3 rail club in the Twin Cities area. Objective: get a group of 3 rail modelers together and form a club. That club to build a club layout. Clubs purpose to be for fun, uncomplicated and simple. Possibly build a modular layout for area shows. I live in Stillwater, but think St.Paul would be a good centralized location for this.
