Yes, i would agree. Steve Otte’s building was very nice.

Unlike most of you, I’ve seen most of these structures in person, and I’d give the trophy to Jenny or David.
Steve I thought David’s roof needed weathering and something in the interior, but I liked the concept.
If Popp is not going to turn the project into an article for MR, you should post some pics here, it might generate some interest for MRVP
But that only counts for being able to evaluate technique. I think the creativity in coming up with the concept should carry more weight. For example, Cody’s “building I drive by all the time” was well executed but showed no imagination.
Bay Citrus just struck me as something cool - subjective I know, but cool wins over precise with me.
BTW, Jerry Leone I think deserves 2nd.
