I have a Broadway Blueline steamer that has developed a serious issue with its valve gear. Where do I best seek repair assistance?
I would call BLI and get a RA# and return it to them for repair. I have had them repair 2 steamers with excellent results. If it is still under warrenty then it is free. If out of warrenty it is $35 which includes return shipping. It is a great deal for repair work. The down side is it will take about 6-8 weeks. I have heard of people that bring their equipment in for repair and they do it right then. Of course this is if you are around Ormond Beach FL. Hope this helps.
