no large steam as far as I know but on the mount rainer scenic on janruary 21st they will be having a steam in the snow event (maybe snow) if you go to there website you can find out more but it is the planning stage so no prices have been posted

Depending on what is considered West coast, I believe that both the Durango & Silverton and Cumbres & Toltec both have winter photo specials coming up in Feb 2006. Probably check their webpages to make sure they are still happening.
