I’m looking for steam loco’s to purchase for my Mt. Clare, Cumberland Division RR, does anyone know of a good, hobby shop that sells a good selection of steam loco’s. I’m also looking for Loco’s both steam, and diesel to learn to repair?

I assume you are looking for a online hobby shop as we have no idea where you live! I have had very good luck with Model Train Stuff www.modeltrainstuff.com. If you’r interested in brass, Caboose Hobbies www.caboosehobbies.com is a good one as well as www.brasstrains.com. That should get you started.
I second those that NP2626 mentioned as well as trainworld.com.
Not knowing where you live, all I can suggest is look in the hobby shop pages toward the back of both MR and RMC. For used locomotives for rework, tinkering, kitbashing and the like, try a train show. Charles Ro in Malden MA has been around for many years and does business over the internet. They were always very dependable when I lived in Malden. And, my few E-bay purchases have been satisfactory.
if you’re near Baltimore (which I am inferring from the 'Mt Clare and Cumberland), try MB Klein in Cockeysville.
I would definately recommend Model Train Stuff and Trainworld. I have had tremendous success with both but the inventory control part of Model Train Stuff is extremely useful in knowing what is available at any given moment.
