Steel mill layout soon !!!!!

Hello all,

Both of my sons ,wife and I have been outside building my 12’X14’ shed to house my steel mill layout. Its very very hot today,we have the floor system ,all the walls and working on the sheathing.

Won’t be long till the roof work will be done.Then I will wirer,install insulation and a few odds & ends. Hopefully by next weekend I’ll have the whole thing built.
Can’t wait till I can build my layout. The layout is gonna be a huge dogbone,with the mill on one side.On the other,a yard with a bridge for running to the other side.

Shoot ,quess I should just be thinking about building the shed first…

Hey Patrick! You got your wife & your boys to help build your train shed? You’re lucky, and I’m envious! (j/k [:D])

One thing I didn’t see on your list and you probably already thought about it but in case you didn’t: You’ll want to install a ceiling and do something with the floor to keep dust at a minimum. Much easier to do before the benchwork goes up (don’t ask me how I know…!)
