What this article did not make clear to me is how the Bucks County Historical Society is involved with a railroad in York County. Apparently, the society is the beneficiary of a bequest from Mr. Hart that cannot be honored because of a debt that the railroad owes to Hart’s estate. I hope that they can come to some kind of mediated agreement.
