As of this morning, all Metra Lines except the MD-W and UP-W were on schedule. The delays on those two lines were minor. As far as I have heard, all Metra operation is back to normal on all routes.

I’ve been wishing that the front would move about 200 miles north-we could sure use that rain up here! I’ll pass on the winds and funnels, though. It’s been dry all summer and we’ve just been getting the fringes of the mess that’s been hitting everybody down there (glad you all seem to be safe). Of course, it would mess things up for the farmers even worse so I can’t say I’d welcome it at their cost-but a foot or two of precipitation spread over a few weeks would be more than welcome here, otherwise. The lakes are low and the ground is still dry.
