Hello again, all. I love the look of the American Flyer streamline passenger cars. Now that I am into O, I would like a set that looks like the Flyer ones - scale length. Williams makes (or made) sets of 72 foot, scale sized. They are very close to what I want. They are ribbed on the sides. I would prefer plastic over aluminum and not spending a fortune either. Are there any other manufacturers that make them as well?? Roadname doesn’t matter, I would custom paint a set. Thanks in advance!!
You can try Industrial rail by Atlas or MTH trains. Not sure if Lionel makes anything like what you are looking for.

I thought Golden Gate Depot would have some, but they don’t.

Those are inherently diametric requests. Scale lightweight passenger cars are 85 feet long. Golden Gate and Atlas make true scale cars (aka 21 inch long). K-Line used to offer 15/16", 18", and 21" sets of cars. You can still find some in dealer inventories. They were usually aluminum. Lionel and MTH carry 18"/72 feet streamlined cars in various liveries. Good luck on the hunt.
