As mentioned in some previous threads, I have really come to enjoy the time spent assembling and painting a satisfying kit. So far I have made structures from JL. Innovative, American Model Builders and Blair Line. One day I would love to have a crack at a Fine Scale Miniatures, but so far the ones I have seen on the net have been way out of my price range. Anyway, are there any other manufacturers that I should consider that make a decent quality laser kit?
Don’t know any others laser kits apart from the ones you’ve already mentioned. I have done three AMB kits (the Interlocking tower, Dill’s Market, and the Boxcar depot) and really like them a lot.
Branchline’s house kits are absolutely fantastic. I suggest their Victorian two story or the Lincoln house for a complex, fun, and really satisfying build.
Bar Mills Models have the finest designed laser cut kits that I hgave built. Everything fits like a Swiss watch, and their designs are very nice. bermillsmodels.com
Simon,
I would like to suggest that you also check Joe Fuss’ Ragg’s . . to Riches Web site: http://www.raggstoriches.biz/
His line is just getting started, but looks very promising if he has the structure models you need.

Thanks for the input. I shall have a good look around on the net this week. Just spent an enjoyable Sunday making one of the JL Innovative switch towers. I get really bad tree pollen alergies, so it is a great excuse to stay indoors and do something fun[;)]
