Suitable Paint Stripper for Polly Scale Paint??

I have been given a couple of plastic bodied freight cars that have been painted with Polly Scale paint & I would like to strip them back to the bare plastic & start again.

What works?

A bath in 91% isopropyl alcohol will work.

I found that with the 91% alcohol they still take a good bit of scrubbing.

As mentioned, a bath in 91% alcohol works well, and also, Poly S makes a decal and paint remover that works well.

I have a new ho scale ac4400 athearn loco and my question is what type of paint would athearn use and would 91% alcohol work for removing this paint?
