Have Fun

Jim

As usual, all looks GREAT! Jim

I agree, that’s a fun layout!

More shots of my summer layout.

The tall “zebra striped” tower in the right background is new.

On this layout everything is removable. Even the grade crossing.

In the winter months the turnout leads to the milk platform, but in summer it’s just a dead end.

Busy, busy, busy! Brick laying, paint scraping and the installation of new signals too.

Things are pretty busy at the depot too.

Becky

Superb!

And I love that steam locomotive McDonalds curbside service!

Now why hasn’t Mickey D’s thought of that?

And Becky, that locomotive with the Keystone, is that the 2035 you got several months ago? It looks great.

Yeah, don’t you wish you could drive your pacific to Mickey D’s for a Quarter Pounder and fries? [:D]

Yep! She is a beauty isn’t she? [:D] Smoke, whistle, cast boiler shell and MagneTraction too. All the best features of 1951! [:D] I know I could have gotten one cheaper than 180 bucks, but the paint is almost perfect, the decal is crisp and the motor was just serviced. I also couldn’t pass up the chance to help a local shop even if it cost me a bit more. [:D]

For $180 you did all right, that’s one good looking piece of equipment.

And what are you going to get for $180 that’s current production that’s as bulletproof as your 2035?
