Nice pictures tom. The C&O steamer in the roads paint scheme, is that from the Lionel Chessie Steam Special? And also where did you get all the boxcars, and covered Grain cars, and are they scale sized?

Goodmoring TMCC

The Steamer is MTH PS2, the box cars are either K-line or MTH and the grain cars are K-line.

Hi guys!!
Beautiful morning at Delray Beach and nothing better that share pictures.

Good Morning from S.E. Ohio

Tom… Nice pictures. You sure have a lot of cars.

Well, it’s a gloomy day, so far. A lot cooler. No rain, yet.
A lot of guys must be sleeping in today. Good weather for it.

Y’all have a great day.
Chuck

Andregg1, Very nice photos, especially the 1st one. spankybird, that is weird how the Lionel version looks exactly like that MTH version. The only way i could tell the difference is by the smoke units. Also are the trucks on the tender different as well?

TMCC - Mabybe they both look alike because they were made from the same prototype. Isn’t that something, both Lionel and MTH copied the real train.

Spankbird, that is very interesting. I have never seen that before. Well, i believe the Lionel set is what i will get for Christmas, and will add on some more cars. If not that, i will definetley get the Chessie Disel set. That is a great looking engine, as well as the cars. After that i will add the CSX GP 30 from Lionel. I will have to get modern cars though, but even though my era is late 40’s to mid 50’s i still like that engine.

Looks GREAT GIZ !

Good job.

Just finished this factory:

tinplate rules!!

Frank53… That is a great looking factory. I need to make one for
my milk trucks. I like the lights.

More tinplate!

Great job Frank. Now I know who to call to build me some builings. [;)] [now Tom will come back with, “You have to get benchwork started first.” [}:)]]

Frank53 - nice job on the factory [;)]

Chief - [^] [tup][tup][:-^]

Thanks!, those are N-Scale streetlights from Podel Power. I removed the bases and bent the stand 90 degrees and inserted them into the wall.

I’m turning into Joe PlasticBuildingKit Chief.

BTW - how’s that benchwork coming?? [:D]

Frank, funny. [:(] Go eat some rice. [;)] Really good job. [tup]
