Reposessing the hobo’s flickering campfire. The entire unit is on the bed of the pickup truck. Nothing is hidden. No trick photography. No wires at all. Completely self contained, battery powered. Slightly larger than my smallest fingernail. Total cost - under $1.00.

That’s all I have this week. See you all next Sunday.
Jim
Took this shot this morning. Need to get to church. Spankybird, I’d imagine the town folk feel pretty secure with all that fire protection now. Jumijo, your ideas are inspiring.

Can’t remember if I posted my All Aboard layout or not

Thank you all Veterans

Last coat of drywall mud is going up right now. Then cleanup, and paint. Hopefully ceiling will be hung by the end of next week. It’s a pretty low ceiling, but there were so many low object that it is easier just to put in drop ceiling all at one level. If you are taller than 81", you better duck!

Hello All! More excellent photo’s this week. Jim A- I see that Fred Sanford & Lamont(Sanford & Son) have repossesed the Hobo’s Campfire. Guess they’re going to have a Marshmallow Roast at their home? [;)][;)][:P][:o)][:o)] Take Care.
My 671 pulling a set of MTH Pennsy passenger cars.

I painted today. It’s amazing how paint makes a difference. The drop ceiling goes in next (replacing those lights in the picture for can lights), then carpet and trim. Then I can finally start some benchwork.

Here is my MTH SD60. I used the wife make up to give it a little weathering.
